Indiana To Hold Public Hearing on USA 2002 Model Act Rules

Previously proposed rules and rule changes by the Indiana Securities Division to coordinate the rules with the Indiana Uniform Securities Act that took effect July 1, 2008 will be subject to a public hearing on September 22, 2009 at 1 p.m. The public hearing will take place at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room D in Indianapolis.

The proposed new rules and existing rule amendments are published in the CCH Blue Sky Law Reporter in print and online. Copies of the rules may also be obtained from the Indiana Government Center South at 302 West Washington Street, Room E111 and from the Legislative Services Agency at One North Capitol, Suite 325 in Indianapolis.
