Webinar features global thought leaders exploring artificial intelligence and its role in arbitrations and legal practice

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S., in concert with the global law firm Clifford Chance, recently hosted a webinar titled Artificial Intelligence and Arbitration: Should We Keep It Real? The webinar explored various use cases for AI in international arbitration, as well as legal practice more generally. The webinar also looked at emerging trends in the field, including the reliability of AI and its capabilities and limitations, in addition to ethical issues around bias.

The panel participants included international thought leaders Dean Sonderegger, head of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S., Simon Greenberg, a partner with Clifford Chance, and Bertrand Rondepierre, a Research Program Manager at Google AI.
