Mississippi Proposes Permanent Securities Rules

While temporary rules are in effect from January 1, 2010, Mississippi has proposed permanent rules to align with the new Mississippi Securities Act that took effect on January 1, 2010. The anticipated effective date for the proposed rules is April 13, 2010 following a hearing on the rules March 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at 700 North Street, 1st Floor Conference Room, Jackson, Mississippi 39205.
