Georgia Clarifies Coordination and Qualification Registration Fees

Under the Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008, issuers registering securities by coordination pay an initial fee of $250 and renewal fee of $100. Issuers registering securities by qualification pay an initial fee of 1/20 of 1% of the maximum aggregate offering price at which the registered securities will be offered in Georgia, with a minimum fee of $250 and a renewal fee of $100.
