Arkansas Proposes Securities Rule Changes

Rule changes addressing matters needed to orderly administer laws regulating securities in Arkansas were proposed by the State's Securities Department. A public hearing on the proposals will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4 in the Fourth Floor Hearing Room of the Arkansas Securities Department, 201 East Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Public comments will be accepted in writing through 10:00 a.m. on September 4.
