Joanne regularly contributes to Securities Regulation Daily and edits a variety of publications, including securities law treatises SEC Proxy and Compensation Rules, Investment Management Law and Regulation, Offerings of Asset-Backed Securities, Securitization of Financial Assets, Capital Markets Handbook, and Practical Guide to Section 16 Reporting and Compliance.
Joanne received a B.A. in Communication from Seton Hall University, a law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark, and an M.L.S. from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Beta Phi Mu international library science honor society and licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
