Brad Rosen is a writer/analyst for the Securities group of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. He is a regular contributor to Securities Regulation Daily and is also the editor of the Commodity Futures Law Reporter and Derivatives Law Watch. Brad’s areas of expertise and interests include futures and derivatives law, investment fraud, as well as the emerging field of blockchain and virtual currency regulation. Brad co-authored Blockchain, Virtual Currencies and ICOs: Navigating the Legal Landscape. He has also contributed to the treatise, Securitization of Financial Assets. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Brad served as general counsel for two registered future commission merchants, a registered investment adviser, and a family office. Brad has also been a contributing writer for Chess Life magazine.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his J.D. from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law.
