Qualified military spouses whose applications are delayed more than five days after submission may file Texas Form 133.4, Military Spouse Request for Expedited Review, requesting immediate review by a staff member of the Texas Securities Board’s registration division followed by written notification of the reasons for the applications’ pending or deficient status.
Other changes. Nonsubstantive changes update the application for renewing a permit as well as an incorrect citation, and reflect the new name for an organization that grants a professional designation.
