Massachusetts Reschedules Public Hearing on IA Proposed Rule Amendments

The date of the public hearing on proposed investment adviser rule amendments was changed from December 6, 2011 until January 5, 2012 by the Massachusetts Securities Division. The last date for submitting comments on the proposed amendments was also changed from December 7, 2011 until 5:00 p.m., January 6, 2012.
