Hawaii Sets Forth Time-Table for Filing New Part 2 of Form ADV

Investment adviser applicants must include new Part 2 in their electronic application filing of Form ADV through the IARD. Hawaii-registered investment advisers must incorporate new Part 2 with their next Form ADV amendment filing through the IARD, and should each year deliver or offer to deliver to their clients the new Part 2 brochure. Investment advisers registered in Hawaii on or before December 31, 2010 should file an updated ADV Part 2 through the IARD using the new narrative format beginning immediately but no later than June 1, 2011.
