Colorado Requires Currently Licensed IAs to Convert Form ADV Part II to New Part 2

Investment adviser licensed in Colorado before April 1, 2011 must convert their old Form ADV Part II and Schedules (or brochure document) to the new Form ADV Part 2 and submit it electronically through the IARD no later than June 30, 2011, as required by a March 2, 2011 notice.
