Connecticut Revises Electronic Form D Policy

The Connecticut Department of Banking's policy on electronic Form D for SEC Rule 504, 505 and 506 offerings has been revised to no longer require the filing of SEC-filed Form D amendments with the Department of Banking because the amendments are viewable online.
